[Med] Hematology

Anemia, leukocytosis, leukopenia, thrombocytosis.....we see these everyday in wards
but how much do you think you know? even an experienced internist can't give confident diagnosis sometimes.

比起Oncology, Hematology對我更有幫助
每天都在看的CBC/DC data, 每天追血球變化, white count爬起來, HgB掉下去, differential count的意義... 這也是vital sign的一種, 但他一點都不簡單

因為跟到非常用心也對血液學領域理解非常透徹的老師, 開始認識疾病, 把之前硬吃下去的細節慢慢解開,消化, 感覺很好! 開始念書的感覺有點陌生(哈哈...乾笑), 但腦袋又動起來囉! 人不讀書便覺言語無味, 面目可憎, 很開心自己的臉終於比較討喜一點

Lymphoma (HL or NHL)
Mutiple Myeloma

我手上收集到這麼多病人~ 多有趣阿!

只是預後都不好 :(


ps. 最近社會好像很亂哪~~ 躲在醫院完全與社會脫離, 這種感覺還真不錯...
